Join the TMSM for a Solemn Mass St. Peter’s in Ashton to celebrate the Feast Day of Sts. Peter and Paul! Mass is on June 29 at 7pm.

Additionally, it is the titular feast of the parish, so the faithful can receive a plenary indulgence by attending Mass, and fulfilling the usual conditions of:

1) Confession 2) Communion

3) Prayer for the objective intentions of the papacy: The progress of the Faith and triumph of the Church, peace and union among Christian Princes and Rulers.the conversion of sinners, and the uprooting of heresy.

This Wednesday, December 4, will be the first anniversary of the interment of His Excellency, Bishop Robert Morlino. To commemorate, we will have a Solemn Requiem Mass to pray for the repose of his soul. The Requiem Mass will be at St Mary’s Pine Bluff, at 6:30 PM.

Fr. Brian Dulli will be offering a Low Mass for the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. Mass will be at on Monday, September 14th at 8am, at St. Patrick Church in Cottage Grove – 434 N Main St, Cottage Grove, WI 53527.

Below, you can find pictures from the Palm Sunday Solemn Mass at St Mary’s yesterday. Thanks again to all who contributed to our last funding project of a violet pontifical set. Parts of the set were used for the Solemn Mass after the procession of Palms, as can be seen below in photos.

We have now entered the liturgical season of Lent, and thus violet vestments have been the norm for the last three Sundays. For Easter morning, the regularly scheduled 7:30am Sunday Mass at St. Mary’s in Pine Bluff will be celebrated Solemnly, that is, with a deacon and subdeacon assisting. Fr. John Zuhlsdorf will be celebrating, assisted by two seminarians of the Diocese of Madison, Dcn. Chris Gernetzke and Mr. Michael Wanta.

The Tridentine Mass Society of the Diocese of Madison, founded in 2007, is a private association of the Roman Catholic faithful dedicated to the preservation of the “ancient form of the Roman rite” or an Extraordinary Form, as a legitimate usage of the Church’s liturgy.
